What to Include in Your Message

To help us respond quickly and accurately, please include the following details depending on your enquiry type:

Reporting a calculation error:

  • Which calculator (e.g. “Loan Calculator”)
  • The exact inputs you entered
  • The result Calcdesk showed
  • The result you expected and how you calculated it

Requesting a new calculator:

  • What the calculator would compute
  • Who would use it and in what situations
  • Any specific formula or standard it should follow

Technical issue (calculator not working):

  • Your device type (iPhone, Android, Windows PC, etc.)
  • Your browser and version (Chrome 126, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
  • What you were trying to do and what happened
  • A screenshot if possible

Privacy request (GDPR/CCPA):

  • Your name and the email address associated with any account or data
  • The specific right you are exercising (access, deletion, correction, etc.)
  • We will respond within 30 days as required by law

Feedback on Our Calculators

Positive or negative, feedback about our tools is always welcome. We update and improve calculators based on user feedback. If a calculator gave you a result that helped you make a better decision, we would love to hear about it too.

Response Time

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2–3 business days. Privacy requests will receive a response within 30 days as required under applicable data protection laws. If your issue is urgent, please indicate this in your email subject line.
